Video feedback on Piano performance
I will give you video feedback on your performance on piano, any genre. This critical feedback will highlight both your strong points and not so strong points in what you submit. I will be as detailed as possible, basing my feedback on content rather than originality. Feedback will consist of technique, stylistic accuracy, expression, and general performance.
Please send a video of you playing. If you don't feel comfortable showing yourself on camera, at least a video of your hands playing the instrument will suffice.
The pricing includes 1 feedback requests.
Written feedback (Composition/Arranging Only)
For Composition and Arranging ONLY:
I will give feedback on your composition and/or arrangement. This critical feedback will highlight both your strong points and not so strong points in your piece. I will be as detailed as possible as I know composition (and arranging to a certain extent) is original thought put to paper so I will not be basing my feedback on the originality of your piece but more so on the content and what works/what maybe doesn't work.
Please send a .pdf of the score and audio file, if possible, of the score. This can be a MIDI mockup or a live recording.
The pricing includes 2 feedback requests.
Video feedback for Performance practice (Piano)/Goals and Aspirations
I will give you video feedback on aspects related to your goals and aspirations. This critical feedback will highlight both your strong points and not strong points. I will be as detailed as possible, basing my feedback on content rather than originality. In the case of goals and aspirations, it is helpful to have original thought so we can bounce ideas back and forth about what makes people tick and how we can tap into that source.
Please send a document file of 3 different types of goals that you want to achieve as a musician. These three goals should be as follows:
Short Term: In the next 6 months, where would you like to be with music? Performing musician, composer, producer, etc.?
Mid Term: 1 - 2 years from now, has there been any change in what you wish to aspire to be, as a musician?
Long Term: In the next 5 years, do you see yourself doing this as a hobby, semi-professional or full on professional?
It isn't bad to think this far ahead and, of course, we can revisit these goals as you progress as a musician and see if anything has changed. If you can't think of anything on this, just put down that you're considering having music be a part of your life, whether it's a hobby or going professional. We can talk about what can be attainable, realistically and within what time period.
When submitting these goals/aspirations, you can submit them as a .docx or .pdf.
The pricing includes 3 feedback requests.
